Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
Draft — not yet legally reviewed
This describes honestly how the service works today, but it has not been checked by a lawyer and is not a substitute for one. It will be replaced before general release.
Who we are
PodStreamerAI is a live audio broadcasting service for podcasters, operated from the United States. These terms govern your use of podstreamerai.com and everything on it.
Your account
You need an account to broadcast. You do not need one to listen. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What you broadcast is yours
You keep ownership of everything you broadcast, record, or write here. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to transmit your audio to your listeners, to store your recordings, to produce transcripts and show notes from them, and to display your show page. That permission ends when you delete the content.
What you may not do
- Broadcast anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to.
- Play music or other material you are not licensed to transmit.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Use the service to send unsolicited email to people who did not ask for it.
- Interfere with the service, or try to get around its limits.
We may stop a broadcast, or suspend an account, immediately and without notice where we believe these terms have been broken. We will tell you why.
Listeners and followers
People who ask to be notified about your show are confirming that request by email before anything is sent to them. That list belongs to your show and is used only to tell those people about it. You may not use it for anything else.
Plans and limits
Each plan has a limit on how many people can listen at once and how many hours you can broadcast each month. Those limits exist because live audio costs money to deliver. They are shown on your dashboard and on the pricing page, and we will tell you before we change them.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that a broadcast will never fail. We keep recordings carefully but you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, and take your recordings with you. We can end an account that breaks these terms. If we end yours for any other reason, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your content out.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
